We ask that you remain diligent and do your part when you visit Aru and help us keep our environment as safe as we possibly can.

** Please read the following in detail so you are prepared for your appointment.

  • All clients are required to BRING YOUR OWN MASK and have it on before entering Aru. We will not serve clients without wearing a mask. (We also have re-useable cloth masks for purchase.)
  • You will be required to wash or sanitize your hands immediately upon entering Aru.
  • You will be asked if you are symptomatic or have been feverish at the beginning of your visit. We ask that you PLEASE be honest in your answer, as we know how “desperate” (for lack of a better term) some are to receive our services, but what’s another 14 days when it comes to the safety of many.
  • We request that if you are experiencing ANY symptoms or have been exposed to anyone who is ill, please reschedule your appointment to at least 14 days later.
  • Please show up exactly at your appointment start time. If you are early we ask that you wait in your car.
  • If possible and not raining, we ask that you do not bring a removable jacket or purse/bag with you.
  • Please keep 6 feet apart and follow our signs and floor markings.
  • The Relaxation Lounges and Steam Rooms will not be available for use at this time.
  • For Spa appointments... our change rooms are closed, you will be required to change in your treatment room.
  • Some services may be slightly shortened to allow for time to change in the treatment room.
  • Hand sanitizer will be available and we also recommend you bring a little bottle to have on your person.
  • Staff will be wearing all required PPE.
  • We will not be serving beverages during this time. Please bring your own beverage. Our staff will not be refilling containers, even with water, as we do not want to be handling any personal belongings.
  • We are not able to provide “shareables”, such as magazines, throw pillows, blankets, neck warmers, etc.
  • There is a plexi-shield at our front desk, please respect the boundaries of our front desk staff.
  • We prefer card payments (debit/credit) but will accept cash.
  • Please be aware that our front desk will ask you if you would like to add a gratuity and will key it in accordingly, so you do not have to touch the terminal.
  • Please do your best to use the restroom before you arrive at Aru. If you have to use our facilities, please immediately inform one of our staff so we can quickly disinfect it.
  • Please arrive by yourself. Do not bring extra people with you to your appointment. If you do, they must wait outside.
  • Prices have increased due to higher costs associated with cleaning, safety, PPE, and limited capacity.
  • Some services may not be available.

We thank you for your understanding in this arrangement and more importantly, your patience as we navigate through these unprecedented times the best way we know how.
