COVID-19 Update – What to expect at ARU

At Aru Spa and Salon, the health and safety of our guests and employees remains a top priority. Given the current COVID-19 outbreak we wanted to take a moment to update you on what you can expect from us, during this time. 

On any normal day we go far above and beyond Health recommendations and sanitization standards for our industry. During the current outbreak, we are taking further precautions to ensure the well-being of our guests and our staff, by carefully following thecurrent rules and advice coming in from Health Canada, and the BC Government.

We have implemented even more stringent sanitation of all surfaces, rooms, stations, bathrooms, handles and all common touch points after every interaction with a new guest. In addition to our hand washing stations, you will also find hand sanitizer throughout.

We continue to conduct full business operations in our regular posted hours. As this situation is rapidly evolving, we will be in touch with you over social media with changes as they arise.

We do ask that if you have travelled recently or are feeling any symptoms, even as small as a cough, please reschedule your appointment for another time. You can also expect that our staff is following the same protocol.

Lastly, we would like to thank you for your patronage. During uncertain periods like the one we are currently experiencing, this business like ours can quickly be affected.
